Athlete coaching
Working with young aspiring elite athletes, I can complement the work being done by the sports coach as my focus is on the mind. If the mind and body can both perform at their best together, this is when excellence is achieved and dreams are fulfilled. Young athletes can lack support or conversely can be ‘over-supported’ by parents, schools, universities, academies etc…They can lose their sense of enjoyment, with the increase in pressure and then sadly walk away from a sport that initially gave them so much.

Sport is massively important to me and anyone that is coached by me, will confirm that sport can often creep into my coaching sessions in some shape or form. I played lacrosse for Wales many, many years ago. You will now find me embracing my competitive inner athlete in local half marathons and 10k races.
